We have completely repurposed an unused office space to become a dedicated dry build, assembly and test space. This generous 2,500 square foot area stands separately from the main factory hall ensuring clear separation of machining and assembly activities in this clean bright and well laid out area.
The company is proud of its variety of dedicated test rigs ensuring that each of our customers’ needs can be met in line with the industry’s highest test and quality protocols.
Our test rigs include:
- OX30, PLC controlled test rig, with filtration and conditional monitoring
- Manipulation rigs testing performances of hoses/couplings and manifolds, under various conditions of movement and temperature over many cycles
- Dedicated oil and gas bio-oil test rig
- General commercial test rig using IS046 mineral oil
- Submersible pressure testing, where our products are submerged and pressure added to ensure there are no leaks from out to in
- Our general lay up tables with cranage allow all our products to be assembled and handled in an appropriate manor, given the size and weight of some of our larger actuators
