The durability of our products is assisted by the quality of their coatings. SWP is proud to be fully integrated not only in the design and manufacture of its components but also the preparation and painting of them.
In order to achieve our high quality paint finish we have in-house washing and degreasing facilities, a dedicated preparation area, and fully sealed paint booth with negative pressure.
Our painting equipment includes:
Junair paint booth
Gyson Shot blast cabinets (small and large capacity)
Degreasing washer (heated)
Alkaline finish washer (heated)
Our painted assemblies enter the most demanding markets, such as water turbines, wind energy and subsea applications. Our painters are ICATS approved.
